Ocean Finance Services operates as a Private Direct Selling Agent (DSA), facilitating financial products and services offered by banks, NBFCs, and other licensed institutions. We act strictly as an intermediary and do not provide loans or financial products directly. - No Guarantee of Approval
All applications are subject to the sole discretion of the respective financial institution. Ocean Finance Services does not guarantee approval, sanction, or disbursement of any loan or financial product. - Accuracy of Information
Clients must provide complete and accurate information during the application process. Ocean Finance Services shall not be liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete details. - Confidentiality
Client information is handled with strict confidentiality and shared only with authorized financial institutions for processing. - Compliance
Ocean Finance Services adheres to RBI guidelines and applicable laws governing DSAs. Clients are expected to comply with all regulatory requirements of the financial institution they engage with. - Limitation of Liability
Ocean Finance Services shall not be held responsible for any financial loss, rejection, or adverse outcome resulting from decisions made by partner institutions. - Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes. - Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Ujjain.
